A governed AI solution that transforms information from your emails, documents and business applications into sourced, traceable answers, while keeping people in control.
Aexeris - Turn your scattered information into actionable operational intelligence
In a regulated financial institution, the answer to “what did we actually agree?” almost always exists. It sits in a four-year-old email thread, an attachment nobody has opened since, or a chain of replies between three people who have since changed roles. Increasingly it sits across several systems at once, which is why the roadmap above matters.
Market Data teams, vendor and contract managers, procurement, compliance and operational functions face this fragmentation every day. A question about redistribution rights, a licensing dispute, or a regulator asking how a decision was made: in every case, someone must cross-check several sources and reconstruct an agreement from fragments. It takes days. The deadline is usually shorter. Generic AI assistants initially made the problem look solvable, before exposing their limitations. They produce a fluent answer without making its scope, its sources or its chain of evidence visible. In a regulated environment, an answer that cannot be linked back to the original information and verified by a person is unusable.
We designed Aexeris to bring this scattered information together in a governed operational intelligence workspace, starting with email and document archives and extending progressively to connected business systems.
○ Institutional memory is scattered across years of emails, attachments, documents and business applications, accessible only through manual searches.
○ Reconstructing a historical commitment requires cross-checking several sources by hand, occupying teams for days even though this is not their primary role.
○ Generic AI tools produce convincing answers without making the sources, the search scope or the confidence level visible, so regulated teams can neither verify them, act on them, nor defend them.
○ Access, retention, traceability and audit rules must apply consistently across every connected source. Without integrated governance, adding data and connectors increases compliance risk rather than reducing effort.
Answer natural-language questions
across all authorised sources, beginning with archives and extending to connected systems.
Use reviewable evidence
to every connected source, so each user reaches only what they are authorised to see.
Apply roles and permissions consistently
to every connected source, so each user reaches only what they are authorised to see.
Provide end-to-end traceability
between the question, the systems queried, the evidence retained, the human validations and the final report, before anything becomes an official record.
We designed Aexeris as an operational intelligence platform built on governed AI, and a single entry point to access, analyse and manage enterprise knowledge. Its first version turns email archives, attachments and documents into actionable intelligence, and the same capability extends progressively to the connected systems set out above. It is not another AI chatbot. Aexeris:
○ Answers natural-language questions across the institution’s authorised sources, with the search scope always visible.
○ Links every statement to its source, whichever authorised system it came from: clicking a citation opens the original passage and its context, with the source and scope clearly identified.
○ Turns a multi-source answer into a lasting investigation, bringing evidence, notes and chronology together in one governed object.
○ Is designed to generate a controlled, exportable report that preserves the evidence across the sources consulted, the citations and the human validations, supporting review by a regulator or counterparty.
○ Is designed to display the confidence level, the sources queried and the coverage of every answer, and to indicate clearly when sufficient information is unavailable within the authorised scope.

Design Partner Programme objectives
Aexeris is designed to validate, with its first Design Partners, a new way to use institutional information - first in archives, then progressively in connected business applications:
Faster ResearchSignificantly reduce the time required to find and cross-check a historical commitment across multiple authorised sources.
Evidence TraceabilityEnable every answer to link back to reviewable evidence in its original sources, whichever system was queried.
Centralised WorkspaceStructure investigations, multi-source evidence, notes and reports in one workspace.
Human Validation & ControlMaintain human validation, consistent access rights and complete traceability before anything becomes an official record.
The platform is built on three pillars:
Evidence, not assertions
Every answer is anchored in reviewable passages and the authorised sources they came from, not the other way around.
Governed by design
Rights, retention rules, audit logs and human validation cover every connected source from the architecture onward, not as settings added afterwards.
One interface, not five
Questions, multi-source searches, investigations, evidence and reporting flow through a single workspace, so the work product accumulates instead of scattering across modules.
In regulated industries, an answer is only as valuable as the evidence supporting it. Aexeris applies that principle to archives first and progressively to connected business systems, making AI fast, traceable and defensible. With this model, teams can:
○ Recover the time previously spent manually searching and cross-checking information across multiple sources.
○ Defend every answer through the passages, the sources and the search scope it came from.
○ Keep a person in control of validations and of what becomes an official record, whichever source it came from.
